Generali Thailand has announced the appointment of Grace Allison Toh as Chief Agency Officer. In her new role, Allison will focus on empowering insurance agents and elevating customer experience.

Grace Allison Toh is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive senior management experience in insurance agency channels across Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Generali, she served at FWD Insurance as Chief Agency Officer(Takaful and Insurance).
