Eazy Insurance has completed the acquisition of G&C General, a time-honoured family-owned insurance agency in Singapore, as a key step to expand its retail insurance business.

The company’s CEO stated that the acquisition will retain the solid customer trust established by G&C General and upgrade service experience via digital strengths. By combining traditional offline services and modern digital systems, the two parties will diversify insurance products and optimize service procedures while keeping existing service standards.
