Yuanbao, a Chinese online insurance brokerage platform, has officially debuted on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol “YB”, becoming the first Chinese insurance intermediary to list in the United States in 2025. The company issued 2.3 million American Depositary Shares (ADS) at an offering price of US$15 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately US$34.5 million.

Founded in 2019 and launched in 2020, Yuanbao holds a national insurance brokerage license and focuses on the online distribution of insurance products including medical insurance and critical illness insurance.
