Manulife Philippines has announced the appointment of Erica Jurilla Santos as Chief Operations Officer. She will also join the Manulife Philippines Executive Committee to oversee the company’s operations strategy.

Erica Jurilla Santos boasts more than 20 years of experience in the insurance sector. She joined Manulife Business Processing Services in 2022 and most recently led a 600‑person team supporting Manulife’s US insurance business across new business, policy administration, and life and health claims functions.
